Cancellation and Returns | CANCELLATION POLICY Order cancellations can be processed by contacting BMT’s Customer Service Desk. Cancellation refunds, whether in full or partial form, will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. Cancellations made before parcels are shipped from Japan Prime’s warehouse will not incur in any extra charges to the client. Outbound packages are shipped every-day at 10:00AM. AIRPORT PICK UP ・Order Cancellations made after the package has been shipped from Japan Prime’s warehouse, will incur in a 10% re-stocking fee in addition to a Y2,160 return shipping fee. Any fees will be charged to the customer’s original form of payment. ・Airport Deliveries can be stored for up to 3 days (72 hrs.) free of charge at QL Liner Airport counter. After the 3rd day, the order will be automatically cancelled and a 10% re-stocking fee in addition to a Y2,160 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer’s original form of payment. DELIVERY WITHIN JAPAN ・Order Cancellations made after the package has been shipped from Japan Prime’s warehouse, will incur in a 10% re-stocking fee. Any fees will be charged to the customer’s original form of payment. RETURN POLICY ・Customer agrees that all sales are final and Returns are only applicable for Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s). ・Edible goods, beauty products, health/diet supplements and pharmaceuticals are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. ・No returns will be accepted after 1 week. ・Any returns will only be processed when BTM’s fault is recognized. After confirming the returned goods at our end, a full refund including any shipping fees will be credited back to the original form of payment. No refunds will be processed if BMT’s fault is not recognized. In addition, any returned items will be shipped back to the customer’s designated address via COD service. |
