A network technician is always available at the call center to quickly identify any issues and take the appropriate measures for problem solving.

1. We accept requests from hotel staff when VOD or WiFi users have reported that they cannot connect to VOD or WiFi service.
2. From the call center, we remotely reboot the STB and wireless AP to isolate any problems.
